Culver City mayor responds to Bondi crime claims during heated exchange

During a back-and-forth with Rep. Sydney Kamlager-Dove (D-Calif.) about right-wing extremism at a heated congressional hearing Wednesday, Bondi accused the congresswoman of “not talking about any crime in her district.” 

Kamlager-Dove represents a district that includes Culver City. 

Kamlager-Dove also responded to the attorney general’s comments in a post on the social platform X after the hearing. “Culver City is known for parks, studio lots, and breakfast burritos—not crime,” Kamlager-Dove said. “Pam Bondi should visit sometime.”
