Kamlager-Dove Announces Jim Cho as New Chief of Staff
WASHINGTON, DC— Today, Congresswoman Kamlager-Dove (CA-37) announced she has selected Jim Cho as her next Chief of Staff. Jim will officially step into the position on Friday, January 3, 2025, as Rebekah Solem departs after two years in the role.
“I am thrilled to announce Jim Cho will lead our team as my next Chief of Staff. Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, with nearly 20 years of public service experience working both on the Hill and in the Biden-Harris Administration. He has a proven track record of reaching across the aisle to advance key democratic priorities, which will be invaluable during the Republican-controlled 119th Congress. I look forward to working alongside Jim to build on all the incredible work we have accomplished in just one term,” said Rep. Kamlager-Dove.
“I want to thank Rebekah Solem for her service to the people of California’s 37th District. Setting up a freshman office in the minority is not easy, and she managed with true dedication to the institution. I wish her the best in her next adventure,” she added.
