"This is a drug that been approved for... 22 years, and it has proven to be safe and effective, and now we are further weaponizing both the judicial system and also state departments like the FDA whose mission is to make sure that we have access to safe drugs by casting this ruling."

"We have to continue to talk about the fact that abortion care is health care, and I think, you know, the Kansas elections, the most recent election in Wisconsin proves to all of us that Americans want legislation that keeps abortion access legal and will keep abortions safe. So, I just have to keep saying what the American public wants me to say, which is that abortion care is health care, and we want to make sure that we have access to health care that is safe and that is legal and that will keep women and men alive. And that is being put in jeopardy by this grossly, just arcane, decision by this judge.”
