51 years ago this week, a woman’s freedom to choose became the law of the land. For nearly 50 years, women across the country were able to access safe, effective reproductive care without restrictions or fear of criminalization. Now, just two short years after the Supreme Court’s catastrophic, corrupt Dobbs ruling, 25 million women nationwide must contend with restrictions or bans when they seek abortion care.
